I know what you mean, @AnimalCrossngAddict. I can never turn down a request for fruit! I always keep a basket of both perfect and 'regular fruit in my local mail pockets (along with my tools and a quick outfit change) to have quick access when asked.

I keep a basket of 9 fruit of each fruit in my town in storage, so when a villager wants something, I can easily go and get. When I harvest my fruit and just make sure I replenish my stash.
