I've been TT A LOT to get rid of unwanted villagers and I also have the beautiful town ordinance in place. Now my town is literally POLLUTED with so many different hybrids and different types of flowers. How do I even begin to try and organize them? Does anyone have any tips? I've been stuck for awhile. I'm not sure how to tackle this problem

You could try to organize them by breed? Cosmos with cosmos, pansies with pansies, etc
You could put them on the beach or in your storage to maybe try and keep track of them. And then, once you've got a handle on everything, you can decide which flowers you want to keep and which ones you don't want (unless you want all of them). If there's some flowers you don't want, you can sell them to retail, destroy them or maybe give them away on here, completely up to you.

I had the exact same thing happen. One half of my town was fully covered in random flowers, it was horrible (>.<)
Eventually, what I ended up doing was choosing the flower I liked the most (in my case, roses) and selling every single flower that wasn't a rose at Re-Tail. I earned over 10k and it took almost an hour, but my town is now clear of all unwanted flowers. If you've got the motivation, I recommend you do this too. It takes a lot of time, but it's worth it not to have a flowery jungle for a town, plus, then you could focus on hybrid breeding if you please (^-^) However, if you wish to keep all of the flower types, then the best thing I can recommend is to sort them by type first, and get them out of your way. You can store many flowers on your beach, so try putting all roses on one quarter, all tulips on another, and so on. Afterwards you can figure out where in your town you want them to go, and arrange them by colour.

I tt a lot, too. I just go around with my shovel, digging them all up. Saves the hassle of taking them to retail and I don't need them anyway. Maybe you could try that?

Either destroy them, decorate your bech with them, make a rainbow flower garden, or use them to decorate sides of paths.

My beaches are now nearly full of flowers from just playing the game once in a while, lol. They also have pretty much the maximum number of trees that will fit on there so it's all rather crowded and awkward to navigate.
Anyway, I suggest you just dump them on your beach so you can easily pick certain colours and/or breeds to keep in certain locations around your town and beaches.

Same problem. Think I'll do the tip of digging them up. They don't sell for much. You can also offer them up on Re-tail. People will come pick em for you or need them for their towns.

I just shove every extra flower I have on my beach.
