HRA Jingles Set help

Hi, I was just wondering what exact HRA score the complete Jingles set gives you.

The exact score if there is only 1 room in your house and you had all the furniture from Jingles there.

You can get more points by adding items of the same set, though. I got over 170,000 points with my Spooky room that way.

Yes. Adding Festive items will also increase your score,
