How/where do I find out my villager subtypes and interests?

I tried googling it but can't find much info.
I think Sherb and Erik are carbon copies of one another as they keep reading a lot but Zucker is more into food but I was wondering if there's any detailed info about this to potentially let me decide who I should let go.
If there's any website that provides info on this, I'd appreciate it.

I still want to know more about the hobbies of each villager though - for example, a Normal villager liking to sing like Marina vs Norma who enjoys reading.
Where can I find this info?

In that same thread @Vrisnem linked, you can find a google sheet named NmlNpcParam. In the F column, the one next to the villager's personality, you can find the interests. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anything that talks about the details about each interest, as they seem to be quite simple: Marina will sing more often (without the need of a tape deck) and Norma will sit down and read with her glasses on more often.
