How to unlock HHD-style interior designing

I saw in the direct you can get unlock moving furniture using the touch screen, and I was just wondering how to unlock it.. It showed Lottie inside Nook's homes but I checked in there and there's nothing... I have already linked my HHD data as well. anyone unlocked it yet?

You have to go see Lottie in Nook's Homes and she'll show you how to do it. Next time you return home, you'll be able to use the feature.

You can lock threads by going to the "thread tools" at the top right of the thread.
