How to transfer my town to another 3DS?

I think i might transfer my town over to my other 3DS, meaning i will start a new town with my other friend code and copy, and then transfer my dream villagers over and my items (like flowers, fruit, and furniture) and start new. Mainly im unhappy with my town map, its pretty bad. How should i go about doing this? If anyone has ever done this before i would love advice! I just dont want anything to go wrong. If theres anything i should know beforehand that would be great. Thanks! Also, if anyone has any advice about what type of map you prefer/recommend that would be good! xo

i meant start a brand new town, but transfer over my current items and villagers. (from my other 3ds) because i want a new map

i dont think there is a possible way to do that without hacking

you could if you just wanted a new map, you can just just use the map editor here

MAKE sure you read all of the steps and make a back up too. :3
if your really not into hacking im not sure if there really is a way. :/

I'm in the process of doing this right now.

Put all of your money in the bank, that way when you get to a new town you can just use the ABD and then drop the money on the ground in your new town. Do the same thing with all of your items, except put them in the storage lockers in the train station or museum.

With the map editor you then use the ram editor to move the houses of your villagers, but you have to leave cobblestone under the town tree and if you move your waterfall. ..well you can move the river etc but the waterfall will still be where it's at so best not too. And if you move the beaches be careful to adjust the dock etc. Otherwise you can't reach it
