How to send message to bf

How do I send a message to a best friend? I can't figure it out!

When you have a best friend online go the the heart tab and select there name =3 After that you should be able to type a message and send it for them to see =3

hmm. I tried but it's not letting me select her name.

It'll let me select tpc though

Is she online? If she is online the little heart next to her name should be colored red and not grayed out =3 If she is offline you won't be able to send a message =3 Also make sure your best friend messaging option is turned on =3 Just click the on button to double check =3 If you messaging is on the inside of the menu should be green, as opposed to gray when off =3
