How to see my own passport... ?

Your nickname won’t appear in your passport; that is, the name your villagers sometimes call you. However, your Title will appear in your passport, and you can customize this within the passport itself. This is what’s displayed when you’re arriving on another player’s island.

You can see your passport on your Nookphone; there’s an app called “Passport”.

Press ZL to bring up your Nook phone, go down to the icon that says "Passport" and you can view it. You can also change your title to something else, but nobody will call you that. However, if there are other people who are playing on a second account, or if you have a visitor from another island, the villagers will sometimes acknowledge your title.

Oh so where do I see my nickname?

if you’re referring to a nickname that your villagers gave you, that doesn’t show up on your passport. however, if you’re referring to your custom title (like how mine’s “spirited ghost”), that should be right under where your island name + native fruit is on your passport ;w;
