How to remove/edit a blog?

I was wondering... is it possible to remove or change the name of a blog? If not possible for me, can anyone else high in power do this for me? Thanks in advance.

It's a bit hidden, you have to go to your main forum settings and then click Blog all the way at the bottom to find it.
