How do i make my villagers move out, ASAP? I want to restart my second town, but i have Julian, and he's a tier 1 so i know he goes for a pretty penny. I'm thinking of making an auction but he hasn't ping'ed me to move yet. How can i make him move, ASAP? I'm willing to TT, so that isn't a problem.

Do you have any amiibo cards? You can use them to kick out a villager instantly.
if you have amiibo cards it's really easy. if you're like me & you don't, i use this techinique that took quite a while to work but it's worth it i guess
-build a relatiomship with the villagers you don't want. just keep spamming them & doing favours. if you've already built good relationships with the ones you want to stay this might be challenging.
-change the day one by one to 4 days. someone will probably ping you & it's always the ones that you're close to. just be careful about tting, i suggest you talk to the villagers you dislike to hear a rumour
i tried to get ken to move out by annoying him. didn't work at all. it was always marina, diana, drago & ankha pinging me to leave. once i built a relationship with him & changed the days he asked to go pretty quickly

How about a temporary cycling town?
Cycle as many villagers as you can attempting Julian's move out, and perhaps some bells can earned on the way.

If not, then get along with him better.
Try to give him crap he hates.
Give him cans and boots.
Other than that... idk.
(Amiibo Cards are a good option.)

Oh, right XD i completely forgot i have villager cards XD Oops! xD But i'll just leave this open, in case anyone needs tips
And stay on the lookout, in about a few hours there might be an auction for Julian, and if it goes well, i'll maybe even giveaway for free any other villagers, like the ones i have in amiibo cards which are Olive, Norma, Leopold, Candi, Claude and Julia! ^^

Talk to all your villagers besides the one you don't want. Time travel a day, and repeat.

like everybody else said, if you have amiibo cards they're a huge help. if you want to get them out the old fashion way, ignoring really does not help me from past experience. i find befriending gets them out a lot quicker
