How to make Money?

Let's say I'm not keen on traveling to other towns to sell/buy things at premium or TT to 7 PM and farm island beetles . How can I go about making a decent amount of bells before 7 PM?

Sell villagers, dabble in the turnip market.
Sell your furniture, unorderables go for a good price. Open a catalog shop, if you have a lot of things in your catalog. If you hoard bushes and or hybrids, you can sell those for a lot more than you bought/breed them for.

Agreed, the Turnip market is huge! And the bushes are surprisingly profitable. I buy all of them, everyday from Leif. It adds up pretty quickly

I gather turnips and perfect fruit aren't an option if you don't want to travel to other towns to sell at their Re-Tail? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Witthout turnips/perfect fruit/beetle farming, the best way to make money would be to sell villagers at the Villager Trading Plaza board and other items on the Re-Tail board. This would involve having visitors but it would be a simple drop at the train station and then taking the guest to a villagers house if you are selling one.

If you need it by tonight without TTing I'd suggest going to the island and bug hunting/fishing. Even though it's not as fast or as profitable as the night, it's what I've found easiest. How much are you needing? Or trying to sell everything you don't need on TBT... or if you're really desperate go to the TBT marketplace and sell your TBT bells.

I haven't really been dabbling with turnips since I time travel a little bit when stores are closed at night. I currently have the bell boom so no late night shops and what not. x.X I ended up ruining a batch when I played at midnight and TT'd to 10 so I could sell/buy some stuff.

I'm also still in the process of getting another cartridge of the game so I can cycle villagers. But things are a bit tight atm. Lol.

I like to just simply go fishing. I always turn a good profit within a short amount of time doing that. Some people don't like it, some people do, it's just my method of making bells, and it's been working for me since the original game.

This also happened to me, but in a game, we sell something and quickly earn some money, but in real life is more difficult. Some months ago, I didn't have enough money to pay for the Internet and I couldn't play in anything. One of my friends suggested to read yourmoneygeek, there I found some ways to make money fast. I started to sell photos and in a few days, I was able to pay for the Internet. Now I keep earning money from it.

Go to Tortimer Island and cut down all the trees except for the coconut & banana trees along the beach. Plant more coconut & banana trees. Farm expensive beetles at night after 8pm on those trees. Bring them back to your town to sell for a huge profit.
