How to know when you has cycled through 16 villagers?

I had Katt, but let her go and now I wish I didn't! I can't remember how many I have cycled through...how would I know? Is it if they are in your town district? Or is that just random?

You have to count it. There's no way to tell in-game. You could test it out by going to another town when they have Katt moving out. It won't tell you how many you have done or have left, but it will give you an idea on whether you can get her back or not.

I just backtracked and I'm actually at 15 already! Canberra will make it 16, so does that mean after the 16th one, I could get her back?
