Trading How to kick Rhonda out

Hello everyone,

I am trying to kick Rhonda out of my village for more than a month now. Yesterday, she walked around with a cloud above her head. I spiked to her and she told me she wanted to move. I encouraged her but the next day she is still walking around my village, smiling!!

How is this possible? Why is she not inboxes yet?

The only guaranteed way to get a certain villager out is via amiibo card.
That is odd if she’s still around after you told her to move though...
