I have some amiibo cards and I am trying to figure out what is a simple process for holding villager giveaways. How do you get the villager in boxes quickly? Is there a way to have multiple villagers in boxes at the same time? Or do you have to put them in boxes one by one? How long does it take to get one villager in boxes ready for someone to come pick up?
Just trying to figure out step by steps if anyone has a process that works for them
Ok, here's the rundown: You have to have 10 villagers.
You scan the villager in via the amibo card, they appear in plot the next day, the second day they are moving in (in boxes) and the third day, they are fully moved in so you can use an amiibo card to move them out.
To put them in boxes, you scan someone else's card, Wisp will tell you that there's no room and will move down the list of villagers in town of who you can choose to move out, they one you pick will be put in boxes that day, to be picked up if someone wants them.
To save time, you can scan the villager in, time travel to the following day (to get the villager's home plot) then time travel two days to them moved in and walking around.
You can only have 2 villagers in boxes if one villager is moving out naturally, after the course of time and and you put someone in boxes the same day. the entire process takes less then 10 minutes, usually. (depending how many villagers you have to sort through before you get the one you want moved out, how far your house is from the train station and if the you and person who wants the villager is ready (fc's added, they are online) etc.
