How to get the orange pumpkin mask??

I know you get the pumpkin heads from villagers if you lose their game. and you receive the same colour pumpkin that they are wearing. But no one is wearing the orange one, only Jack!!

How do i get the orange one??

You get his orange mask by wearing nothing on your head, i.e. Hat or mask, and having no candy to give him when you find him walking around your town.
