The cherry blossom ones, you mean? Yah, they're really nice! Just make sure to keep popping balloons... and I'm pretty sure you can get 'em in bottles that wash up, too. Or I could be wrong. But it never hurts to check the bottles anyway!

Actually question?

I have found an island I can travel too that is in the 2 week time frame when the blossoms fall. If I go can I pop balloons there or no cause I am just a visitor and balloons don't appear ?

I'm actually just about the TT to November 'cause the mush items fit so well with MY island
I'm glad we can TT for seasonal DIYs, even if I can't TT to Halloween yet

I only got a few of the mush ones I wish you luck on your quest I am so looking forward to seeing what Nintendo has for us during Halloween as its my favourite holiday

Balloons won't appear if there are visitors over.

Any color has them except rainbow balloons. Egg season has no effect on it either, if anything you'll get more stuff to give away/sell if you don't need it.

Normal balloons have a chance to appear every 5 minutes (XX:X0 and XX:X5 times on the clock). Just run up and down the beach when you see those times. It's not guaranteed you'll get a recipe but I feel like they changed it so you don't get duplicates anymore.

I'm now 99% sure they made it easier to get those recipes and also without the duplicates. I just finished getting all of them and I remember it being a lot harder than this originally.
