How to get Ressitti's picture?

Hi everyone!

So yeah, basically just what the title says! xD
I've got the Reset centre, so I was just wondering how to now get the pictures off of them

I believe you have to visit Resetti five times while he's in the Reset Surveillance Center.

How DO you visit resetti? How do you get in there?

I've had the game since late July and still I haven't been able to get inside. Anyone know the specifics? Someone said after it rains but I've looked and to no avail...

The manhole cover will/should be up after 8 PM. Five visits gets you Resetti's pic. 7th gets you Don's. Be sure and sit on the toilet!! Sometimes one of them is caught using it. Fair warning.

Also, whether it's open or not after 8 PM is random.

Their man hole cover will be open usually after heavy rain or snow.
Look out for it after that.

Yep, on a clear day after it's been a rainy or snowy day, after 8 it CAN be open. It's really rare, in my experience. But the odd thing is, I got Don's picture before I got Resetti's. There are some pretty funny scenes down there. I'm always excited to find it open!
