How to get HHD controls in New Leaf?

So I saw from a lot of different sites that with this new update you can rearrange your house like in Happy Hone Designer which I think is great but.. They never mention exactly how to do it.

Does anyone know??

You have to talk to Nook about expanding and you have to buy the secret storeroom. Go back to Nook's the next day and Lottie will be there.

If you restarted your town, you have to get the 2nd floor, and then get the secret storeroom. See Tom Nook again, and he should have Lottie explain how to use the system to you.
