How to get cardboard boxes fast?

I finally got my Bangle Amiibo and I got her here in my island, she asked for a Cardboard sofa, but I don't have any boxes! How do I get cardboard boxes today still? There isn't any in the nook's cranny or the dropout box and if i buy in the nook stop, it will only arrive tomorrow.

I was in the same boat with Apple. I always keep boxes in my orchard so I used those first! Do you have any friends that can send you boxes? Each friend can send you 2 and then you can make the item today!

I've had quite some luck with several DIY furniture items being on sale at Nook's and even Redd's ship. Whenever items like the cardboard boxes & books are on sale, I tend to buy around 20 for boxes & 40 for books whenever my stock is low, so you'll always have enough of them.

Also check your recycle box, I feel like I get them there at least 3-4 times per week!
