How to get another festive wreath?

I accidentally sold mine (the one a villager gifts you) thinking it was a crafted snowflake DIY that Isabelle gives you.

I saw a comment here saying Jingle gives you another one but he didn’t give me it. Can I get another one with one of my alts or another method?

it says on animal crossing wiki that the item is obtained through a random villager.And I do think I got mine this way, so unfortunately I don’t think we get a DIY for this one....

Oh dang... I just gave mine to a random villager thinking I could get another one later. Should've saved it to decorate my house lol.
