1. From Sable. Just keep talking to her daily and she will give you a mannequin.
2. From Mable after you buy so many pieces of clothing.
3. From Labelle after you buy so many pieces of accessories and hats.
4. From Gracie after you make your first purchase in her section of the Emporium.
