How to fix club lol glitch?

I've come back to New Leaf while I wait to get New Horizons on my B-day. Thought I just had to wait for Dr Shrunk to get the signatures done. Then I looked it up and it seems I have the criteria met, but it isn't in my PWP, which means my long stint away, must have glitched the game. How do I fix this?

Club LoL won't show up in your list of PWPs.It will just open for business on Main Street and sometimes that takes a few days.
