Unless you look for hours on end to stalk someone, your best bet is to look for their first made thread. On most occasions it'll be an introduction post. Other than that, I don't think you can.

If they've made no more than 499 posts, you can go to their profile, click find latest posts and go to the bottom of the last page.

Alternatively, try your luck with an advanced search?
