How to download brushes onto GIMP?

How do I download brushes to GIMP? The starter brushes aren't good, and I found good ones on here. Pkease tell me how!

as per me gimp really very hard to operate, Instead of that i use Toolpic Photoshop Online editor which is browser based, it is similar to pixlr, you may have heard as very much popular now a days

So you download the brush on to your computer. Then open up your .gimp folder, brushes folder, and then you just drop them in, I believe
