How to design a dress among other outfit pieces..besides sleeveless t shirt. ?

I only see the option for a sleeveless shirt... but I've seen designs for dresses?? With and without sleeves?!?! I have no idea what I'm missing here... What other stuff can we make & how?..

Update I see how to make dresses and hats but what about shoes??
