How tall are you?

I am 5'9''. It makes it annoying to find shoes that fit or pants that are long enough. Why can't girl clothes just be based on measurements like guys clothes? Instead of a bunch of different pants that say they are size 14 but are all a slightly different fit.

I agree with this so much. Buying pants for females is the worst chore ever. I've even found pants that fit, tried a pair on in the store and everything, bought a couple of pairs in different colors and later found that some of them fit me and some of them didn't. They were the exact same brand, size, and fit, only a different color and yet they fit differently. So frustrating!

That just defies common sense, I just don't get how a manufacturer can do such a shabby job with things that are supposed to be standards that should be universal regardless of the product being made... >_>


To get back on topic, I'm 6'1" which I think is the perfect height for reaching things and being able to look far ahead when in a crowd (my girlfriend loves the fact that I'm taller so that is a plus )!
