I noticed that over the past 3 days, I couldnt upload pics to FB via the 3DS image share software, but it was working about 4 days ago. Today I noticed the issue. Someone set my date to a year ago. 0_o

Now in order to get my town to the right date, I have to TT one year ahead.

As the title says, "How Screwed Am I?"

It depends.. First you need to have beautiful town in place . Secondly, wait until a villager pings you to move, say no to moving and then save and quit. Now move to your desired date in 1 jump and you will be fine. Isabell and the villagers will ask you where you have been and a villager may ping you to move but that's it. You will lose no flowers and no villagers.

I've heard of other people randomly jumping a year back too. Really weird.


Just slowly travel forward I guess. 8'D Making that year jump will probably lose you villagers.

Leave it if it's on the same date. It's not like a year makes a difference in events.

This is 100% true, if you do what is written there you can make that big of a jump.

Been there done that, it would have been such a pain if I didn't find it out in time

Haveing the date be wrong was bugging me. I did do the jump ahead to this year. No one moved out, just one Bull moved in, and all my character's hair has been screwed up

Leave it if it's on the same date. It's not like a year makes a difference in events.

Basically this ^ It is okay to just leave the year as it is. Unless you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder where you just have to match up your current time.

I always have the beautiful town thing going, since I work at night and sleep a good chunk of the day, the other 2 really dont work out for me.

None of my villagers pinged today, but Zucker pinged maybe 2 days ago to move, and I told him no.

Same thing happened to me last night but I tt-ed a month backwards instead of a year. ;-;
