... In human years of course. While the personality shows a lot regarding the age, the esthetics and the features (catchphrases, voice etc.) also determine it sometimes.
My list goes as follows:
Agent S - Around the 15 benchmark, maybe even younger. Most peppy villagers are kinda young, and Agent S is just that. She's also a pretty small character with a witty catchprhase. XD
Gruff- Lol he old. I see him to be around 50 or something, but to tone it down for the sake that he's living with a bunch of monke—errr younger creatures, he's at least 37. Yeah, not so young are ya, Gruff? :/
Jeremiah- He's like one of those weirdos that you could occasionally meet on the internet in my opinion. I would put him at around the early-20 benchmark, but he could be at his 30s as well.
Jitters- Massive soccer (or football...) fan right here. He's also AC's first hint of a 'Latin' character.I would probably push him in the same age as Ed. He could be way younger though.
Lucky- LOL this is a good one. First of all, he could technically be over a thousand years. He is a mummified dog for Pete's sake! Look him up and tell me he's 39 or something, you're wrong, pal.
Vesta- The lovely Vesta. She's a pretty normal sheep, who could just be at a normal age, which would lead to the early-mid 30s. If she ended up to be Snotty, I would say she could be over 40!
Ed- Ah, he's a gentleman, or should I say a gentlehorse! HAHAHA—*SLAP*, ok moving on. He may land on the late 20s benchmark, around 28 would be logical. But then again this game isn't logical, so last but not the least...
Fuchsia- Maybe 22? Her catchphrase is "Girlfriend" as well, but that kinda points her down to a younger age group, no?
How old do you think your villagers are? You don't have to write sentences, but a short description would do!

My list is big since I have 10 villagers and no one wants to move out x.x Might be a little biased though, I'll just say my age is 19 for a reference
