I have a paper due at 11:59PM (hooray for turnitin) and I haven't even started reading the 5 articles I need to summarize and then talk about if they agree with my topics! I've only made my header and works cited page.

I've been resetting my town and have been looking for a map, so instead of school work I've been doing that the days we've been working on them in class (but I have like 5 days left of highschool for the rest of my life and at this point I just don't care enough to do it.)

So how often does Animal Crossing (or any other game) distract you from your school work?

All the time. x__x I'm trying to get Fang to suggest the Wooden Bridge, and have been for some time now. I have every other bridge except for that one and I need it because I still just have one bridge, but I don't want to waste my bells on a bridge I'm just going to knock down.

Never, because i'm not in school anymore :p

Distracting me from work on the other hand... Too many for me to count hahah. AC is just a lot more fun that all those projects... *stares at workload and sobs quietly*

I'm happy I don't have to take finals (early grad seniors literally don't do anything once the semester starts) because I have gained no knowledge in the last couple of months to even pass finals because of Animal Crossing.

Actually im lieing right now im plot resetting Frita you can put the rest together! Too bad I love that fastfood sheep
Also! My moms chines and my dad got like 4 degrees...

My first final is in two days and I haven't even touched my books/lecture notes because of this game. (whoops >_> )

All the time! HAha. No, it's bad.
I'm usually free from school on mondays (should be making all of my school work) but I just play AC aLL DAY.

Also, when I am actually doing homework, I'll stop every 30 minutes and play for about an hour lol.

Neverrr. I got the game last summer and played it endlessly during the bigger part of the summer holidays, but by the time university started again I had already greatly cut down on my hours. Played for about half an hour to an hour every day, and that was enough for me.

But right now I'm taking a break, so that makes it even easier. :)

Pretty much never. I only do mundane things in the game when I know I don't have time. I'm not even motivated to do more than that when I have school work tbh. It makes the game more exciting for my long breaks!

ALWAYS... honestly like I'll say "alrightyyy I'll just play for an hour then do my school work!!" and then next thing I know it's already 2 am and my school work is still untouched T__T

Not all that often. I've found most recently that trading takes up a lot of time, waiting for people to respond and have gates open - I sometimes find that while I planned to get an assignment done for college, instead I've spent about an hour responding and watching trading threads.

0% because I never have homework and I am a Senior that's going to college soon. I always complete my school work at school lol

Anything and everything will distract me from a project I don't want to finish, but this game is a crapshoot. Sometimes I'll only play for 10 minutes a day, sometimes I'll play for 4 hours.

It used to distract me from school.... when I was in school. That was City Folk.
Now I have New Leaf to distract me from adult responsibilities, like switching my health insurance, or finally getting that oil change.

Yes, I am just making excuses XD

It doesn't distract me. I'm completely done with school so that get's it out of the way and with a job it wouldn't distract me either. I probably would be too tired that I would rather play until the weekend.
