i feel like i can be very hit or miss with this. some days i wake up with absolutely no recollection of any dream, other days i wake up still half invested in the complex storyline my dream had going. i've also found that in my few short stints trying to keep up a dream journal, i was more likely to remember my dreams if i'd been consistently writing about them. maybe that's just a coincidence though

Probably only every once in awhile. I used to have very vivid dreams when I was younger, but they're more rare nowadays.

When I first wake-up I remember them. But often it disappears from my memory quite quickly.

I dozed off very briefly last night, and all I remember is a giant pixelated daisy.

I don’t think I sleep long enough to dream. Rarely have dreams. Occasionally I have nightmares. My brain is a mess 😂💜

I can remember dreams, but only every once in a while. I mean, if a part of my dream is what I can consider an important part, I will remember it.

Some months I'll remember all of my dreams, other months I'll forget about them a few minutes after waking up unless I make the effort of remembering it... these days I'm not remembering any of them which is a bit annoying because they're often including my friends so I like to talk about them.

I will only remember some dreams for a while, and then forget about it after a day or two.

I hardly ever remember my dreams. Most of the time, it's like I never dreamt at all. Once in a while though, I'll wake up in the middle of a really good dream and be kind of mad at myself for waking up then.

I remember probably 35%. But every once in a while I'll take some melatonin to help me sleep and I usually get more vivid dreams from them, so I'm more likely to remember them when this happens (like 60%).

Often times I dream once I go back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. I remember what they are at first but by the end of the day, I forget what happened.

When I wake up they’re typically vivid in my head. They almost always fade away after that initial awakening though.

i’m the same way haha. Sometimes I’ll forget all day and then something from my dreams will be mentioned and it’ll come back to me!

Within the first couple hours of waking up, I can remember my dream maybe 50% of the time. But long-term, only a handful are memorable.

More often than not I can remember at least bits and pieces of them when I first wake up, but long-term I mostly only remember the really good or really bad ones. I kept a dream journal for a while years ago and I definitely felt like it made me remember them more consistently too!

i don't usually remember my dreams unfortunately 😭 i can go months until i have a dream where i can remember bits and pieces of it. sometimes my dreams are so boring/close to things i experience in real life that i maybe mix up what's happened in reality or if it was a dream

I don't tend to remember my dreams most of the time. Sometimes I'll remember one after waking up randomly ever few months or so probably, but there's no regularity, rhyme or reason to it. Those that I do remember upon waking up are usually things I'd have to write down because they'll slip my mind shortly thereafter, but sometimes, rarely, one will apparently be so memorable for whatever reason that it'll stick in my memory long term.

Only if I go back to sleep I may remember them slightly. I've been sleeping good lately so I've not remembered much.

While the details of the dream can vary, I do remember my dreams pretty well. Part of my memory of them is determined when I wake up. If I don't want to forget a certain feeling a dream made me feel, I write it down in my notes on my phone. If I fall asleep then wake up again from a dream, I'll either forget the majority of it or all of it.
