How often do you play on your side characters?

I currently don't have any I'm waiting till I actually have a plan for them and stuff so I don't have to demolish their houses 163903628 times because I can't decide what to do for them. What about you?

On my first town I built all 4 houses and made different characters for them but rarely played them, so my animal villagers would always remark how they were strangers and stuff XD I basically just used them while working on their houses or to get things like my paths done, or get all my visits for the fortune teller to move in. Now I am using my side characters to plot reset for a while but once I am done I have plans to make themed houses for them but still probably wont play them often.

Rarely, I have one for my paths and I only go on it to fix paths. Even then, I can go a week with a broken path.
I highly dislike having a second character, though. I may create natural paths so I don't need an extra character only taking in space and being in my town without existing.

Rarely, I only ever use my side character for placing paths and for decorating their house. I would love to use my side character more, but I am more used to playing as my mayor.

Play my 2 side players in my main town all the time. Started with them just having tasks to do and to play event/birthdays. Awhile back the mayor was close to finishing her badges so I started playing them as real players. The mayor just completed her badges so the side players will be out more. Switch side players so one plays every other day. I would play both everyday but I have other towns that need to be check on. Find the villagers are happier when the side player come out to play. All side players have full decorated houses.

to be fair i only use them to fill up a spot in the town with a nice house, but mostly for holding more qr designs and storage!

Hardly ever. I have only one, her house is still a tent as a part of of campsite design and I only use her when I need to redo my patches.

i only use him for editing my paths. i've been using him more though because i'm trying to fully expand his house

I got so annoyed over not being able to decide what to do with them other than holding stuff that I named them the same as my mayor and made them look exactly the same... I only ever play them when I need them (get stuff, put down paths,..)

Not very often. I just use them for storage space and patterns. I only go on them when I need to use their storage or I need to lay down new paths.~

Not often, basically mine just holds things for me. I log her in every so often to collect mail and not get bed-head, or for things like Katrina visiting.

Sometimes, I'll play on him, but it's kinda just to check mail and talk to villagers. I'm planning to do a themed home for him, but I'm still paying off that stupid mortgage. Ugh...... It'll be worth it, though. c:

Sometimes, so I don't have to redo their hair lol. Or because I need things in their storage.

Rarely to sometimes. In my main town, I have 4 characters total so I gave them all themed houses. One of them holds my water path, another holds patterns for my stadium, but they all have custom things in their homes and outside. I used to play with each of them occasionally but now it's rare. I'll just log in as them about once a week to clear their mailboxes and chat with villagers. My mayor does most of the interacting.

As for my second town, I still don't have a second character yet. I'd like to but I have no clue where to put their house so I'm holding off until my town has more things in it.

I have 2 side characters one has the paths of my town and the other is for storage i keep alot of thingsand i hoard to then sell so haveing them two is great xD

I'd only consider creating a side character to display more sets in a second house, but more as a storage for items and qr paths.
