how new leaf has effected your life

For me I'm addicted and worried if I leave for a couple of days-what if lolly or someone moves out? What about you guys - I would love to know!

One time I was taking out the trash near the launch of New Leaf when I was REALLY into it (still am, but I have less to do) and I saw a dragonfly. For a split second I thought I should get out my net and try to catch it before I realized I was irl.

I have a large cross stitching project on a floor frame. It hasn't been touched. Same for knitting.
Stopped watching TV and found out that's a good thing. Just pressed delete.
Saved alot of money since purchasing the game. Nice to see a healthy bank account.

Pretty much addicted, but my hypothesis would be that when you play for after a year, the game will get boring and the addiction will die off...And after you achieve your Dreamies and dream town...

I spend alot of my time playing New Leaf as it make me feel so loved with all the letters from my lovely villagers than anyone do to me in RL~

New Leaf has brought some happiness back into my life. I'm having a rough time right now with family members that are ill and I'm the sole caregiver. So after they have gone to bed, I can escape into the happy world of Animal Crossing. I love the fact that it is portable, having to take people to doctor appointments a lot, it gives me something fun to do while in the waiting room.
