How Much Would You Pay for Maple

so, I have maple in my cycling town.. I know people kind of like her? From what I can catch... But I can't really get a stand on how much she goes for... I have seem like a offer of 1million and I have also seen a offer of 40 million for her. This of course leave me confused on how much I should ask for?

Some girl on tumblr wants to buy her, but she hasn't given me a number. I dont want to cheat her oof bells but I also kind of dont want to cheat myself.

Anyway, if you would buy Maple how much would you pay? Or... if youve seen maple sell how much did you see her sell for?

It really depends on how badly the person wants her. Yes, Maple is somewhat popular, but a person paying 40 million for her is just desperate. The best way to find out how much you can get is to hold an auction. Start at 500k or so, let the auction go for a few days, and you may end up in the 10s of millions.

I wouldn't pay more than a million for a villager, but that's just me. I used to want Stitches a lot and was willing to pay up to 10 mllion but anything past that is a no. Never ended up having him in my town since he was so popular.

You could ask what she is offering first -- go from there. Maybe like, 2 million bells and a couple of rare items that interest you?

When I had Maple I paid 4 mil for her and that is when she wasn't even as popular as she is now! So you could defiantly get at least 10 mil probably.

Even though I got Maple for free, I would probably pay 2 million-5 million. She's a Tier 2 and she's definitely adorable so I think imo it's a fair price :3
