How much would you pay for a dreamie if someone else were to get it instead of you?

I usually look to cycling threads to get my dreamies or to show a person so they can get their dreamie, that or giveaways. Since most dreamies are quite popular, it will take a great effort to get them. I'll bid but I'll only go up to 7 mil, maybe even 12 mil if they REALLY want that villager.

Tbh, none. I don't have the bells atm to bid for anyone but my own dreamy, and I don't really have any friends on this forum. If my friends who played ACNL joined, I'd help as much as I could, though.

I would pay all of my Bells...MadisonCrossing has Marshal and MeghanNewLeaf has Sparro(both are on my Dreamie list). However, I know they would never give them up!

Are you talking about auctions or about giving a friend or something their dream villager?

If it's the latter, I'm not sure. I don't tend to have a lot of in-game bells. In the past though, I've a kept an eye out on auctions and sales here on the forum for a villager that someone I know wanted, and though I haven't gotten it for them, I've thought about doing it if I can as a random act of kindness or something like that. I probably wouldn't care much about the price as long as I had enough bells or TBT to pay for it.

As to auctions, I don't really participate in them and I'm not really interested in buying villagers most of the time. I probably wouldn't want to pay a lot, it's not that important to me so I don't think I could justify paying something like 10 million for a villager.

If it were for someone else I'd be willing to pay all my bells but I'm pretty broke right now, I only have around 200k. Probably not enough for anyone unless they wanted a more undesired villager.

It depends on the person, If it's someone like my bully then nothing, but if it was my best friend then there is no limit to what I would pay for them

If it was for a friend then I'd probably give as much as I'd be willing to spend for a dreamie myself, which would be 10mil maximum. I hate the bell dropping/re-tail methods so I can't go over 10mil.
