Depends if it's a custom shovel. Who knows...someone might actually have a real gold shovel! But, I think a Plane Gold shovel could be around...

And... just what purpose would a real golden shovel serve?? I mean, gold is a soft metal. Aside from ceremonial ground-breaking, it would be pretty useless.
