I think he's very popular. You have to make sure if he's original or not since that greatly influences their value.

Well there isn't a set price for any villager actually, but since he's one of the more popular ones you should have a very easy time finding a great price for him.

I usually sell tier 1 villagers from 20-40 TBT, depending on how original villager is and how close to the top the villager is. But my prices don't work for everyone. You can always let the buyer make an offer, and then negotiate from there.
