What's a Humanity?
I live in a cave, I love it.

But in all seriousness, with recent events. I haven't much faith.

Right now, humanity's going down the drain. Banned the sour skittles, and we'll all be saved <3

To be honest I really didn't expect the responses I've gotten so far, but at least I know where to go to find people who agree with me. I'm just waiting for WW3 and everyone to nuke each other so we can get it all over with already.

You're probably all nihilists too, and probably all kids who are too young to have actually experienced anything in life because it's the hip "grownup" thing to be cynical and bitter.

i hate it
i dont have much faith left

tbh its more like my faith in the good of humanity. no it's not going down because of the silly things we sometimes do, but the oppression that still exists in the world. homophobia, transphobia, racism, fatshaming, and ableism - they still all exist and it's gross. as some parts of the world becomes more accepting, other parts are going down the wrong path. tbh im so down because of it i get really upset but yeah my faith is almost gone

that was so serious oops sorry

Pretty much, I expect one day people don't trust each other anymore and all of a sudden we're in a battle royale. Of course one day there will be a WW3, but let's not live up to expecting that.

I have pretty good faith in humanity. I mean, whenever I look at recent news stories, I don't just look at the negative stories like murder, shootings, rape, etc. I look at the positive stories too, and there are a lot of great people out there in the world.

Eh maybe, it's 50/50 on the internet, but I've been like this for years now, I don't really know too many people personally who can see the downfall of Humanity that slowly happening day by day.

Um. No. Try again. Also could you be anymore condescending?

Life is what you make of it. I've been through/seen some ****, but I choose to let those experiences not define but add to my ongoing story. Yes if you look at humanity at face value, you'll be disappointed, but you have to look for the good things.
I have this saying that, happiness isn't something we work towards, It's something we've already obtained and we just slowly realize it over time.

Lastly, if you're unhappy in what you see around you, make small changes, smile at strangers, leave nice comments on peoples blogs for every hateful one you see. It's the small stuff that slowly build up to bigger and better things. <3

I have a lot of faith in humanity.

From my observations there's a lot more good people in the world than there are bad people. However when one person does something horrible to us or to many people in the world, it leaves a far larger inpact on you than if 100 people did good things for you.

Bad things are more effective than good things, and that's why we feel cynical toward the world at times, or at least that's how I see it.

I'm kind of so-so when it comes to my faith in humanity. I would elaborate but I think it would just make me sound pathetic.

It's been shown in many studies that we remember bad experiences more than good experiences. Just a manifestation of confirmation bias.

I could not agree with this more!!!
I will admit the world is far from equality but we as a human race have come a long way, who are we as a generation to turn around and despise each other instead of counting to move forward? C:
