How much does health matter to you (and do you excercise?)

As long as I stay beaten 55-60kg I'm happy.

I go for walks/hikes each day and I barely eat so I'm good

I eat healthy most of the time, but I still have an occasional burger from a fast food restaurant or soda. I don't eat much junk food (mostly fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.) and I try to work out a little everyday, but I've had to cut back in the past month. Hopefully I'll be healed and able to return back to my routine next month!

I eat as much as I want and never get fat. Most of the foods I like are on more of the healthy side, but I don't get them often. I hate exercising.

... Quietly hating on you ...
~ Ahhaha just kidding! XD I hate exercising, but I have to do it because I'm naturally curvy, so in order to stay fit exercise is a must! I wasn't the healthiest as a child/teen but in order to move forward in my career I've been trying to get as healthy as I can! It's hard tho, I'm sucha picky eater. xP I rather just eat candy and brownies for the rest of my life...

It's too much... to be fit. I think I'll lye on the floor. And just eat whatever I want.

I've been raised in a home where all we made were homemade meals. We had the occasional junk night like Kraft Dinner and hotdogs but overall it's been healthy.

I'm skinny and can eat whatever I want because of my high metabolism but I still eat healthy because of two things. First being that I'm scared one day that my metabolism will crash and I'll blow up like a balloon and second because eating bad makes me feel bad. Mentally and physically. I've been so lucky to have eaten homemade meals so basically anything in a frozen box tastes like garbage to me. (Frozen pizzas, tv dinners, etc).

I have a weakness for sugar and baked goods though and chips or popcorn. X3

My sleeping schedule has been messed up for years. I try to go to bed early but it just doesn't happen. I have to be more fierce.

Health matters but I am kind of impulsive & like food so sometimes I just gorge

Guys if you think you have a problem see a doctor please x The doctor is always right and ignoring it might only make it worse.

I'd say for the most part I eat healthily, but I've a few vices. Surely everyone does though.

I don't snack much and can easily go without crisps, chocolate, etc for a couple of weeks at a time without consciously trying. I enjoy cooking a lot and try to use fresh ingredients as much as possible. I prefer tea and water to juice or fizzy drinks* - but I doubt the amount of tea I drink is actually good for me, haha.

However, I do have a weakness for takeout and alcohol.

  • Takeout is love. Something I don't begrudge money on at all is food, and a kebab from a specific shop in my hometown is the best. Whenever I'm there I just have to order one the first day I arrive. I try not to eat takeout more than once a week - and sometimes I can succeed in not eating any for three weeks, while other times I end up failing and having multiple in a single week.

  • *I rarely have fizzy drinks unless I'm mixing them with vodka or rum, but I sometimes will drink it as an alternative to alcohol. I've managed to cut down a lot on my alcohol consumption in the past 7-8 months, which I'm pretty proud of and generally feel much better for it.

As for exercising, I'm really missing my elliptical trainer since it broke. I'm considering purchasing a new one in late summer after I move into my new place, assuming I can get a good deal. For now I rely on walking and exercises that don't require equipment. I will admit I've been pretty lazy at this lately. I find it hard to stay motivated in colder weather.

I've made it through several instances a doctor might have been conventionally necessary on my own.

good for you but what about all the people who ignore their problems and end up dying from it? especially men, they're awful at going to the doctor. I've seen so many patients who put off going to the doctor for their angina (chest pain) and ended up having heart attacks that might have been preventable. seriously people, if you think something might be up, PLEASE go to the doctor because it's better to be safe than sorry, and most things are better caught early
