How much do you eat?

The bloat is from your stomach expanding all at once. You'll get it from eating a lot at once. Such is life. But Idc if I'm going to bed anyway. Who's going to see my distended belly? My cat?

youre right i guess, it just feels uncomfortable to fall asleep and feel so blah :P
 
I usually skip meals during the day and eat a big meal for dinner. I also rarely snack.
 
I only eat Dinner, with snacks in between, sometimes breakfast, and sometimes another meal if I'm really hungry.
 
When I work usually 1 meal and maybe a snack, and on occasion if I don't sleep well another meal. On days I'm off I eat 3 meals and snacks in between so I kind of make up for it? XD
 
I don't know, I don't have set times or amount I eat really, I'll have dinner every night and the rest just depends on the day
 
I eat Breakfast and Dinner, occassionally lunch I guess. I snack a LOT between 3pm-6pm though so I guess that would be considered my lunch lol
 
I'm fine with only a small cup of rice or noodle soup and one plain bread bun for the day. Don't have much of an appetite. Unless I have to do something physically exhausting, of course.
The way I live right now is kind of unhealthy in size but when I eat it's rich in vegetables and fresh fruit I guess.
 
I don't usually eat a lot of meal type things. I snack like a bunny all the live-long day, though. Lettuce and tomatoes galore. Also apples. Cannot live without my apples.
 
very little. a lot of foods are out of bounds for me/fear foods but each day i usually eat around 1,000 calories of food and have a net intake (calories in minus exercise) of 500-700 calories a day, mostly composed of breakfast-y foods because cereals and yoghurts are some of the few things i feel safe eating. i also try and avoid the family meal at night because it's never something that i feel comfortable eating haha
 
In order to avoid my condition I find it very helpful to minimize my eating actually. When it comes down to it, yeah, sometimes that piece of pie with my name on it looks a little sad as I pass it up, but he knows as well as I do, when it comes to me, there is nothing I'd rather do more than not torture myself.
 
Just like with everything in my life, it's all over the place. So sometimes I'll eat like a true manpig, but most of the time I actually eat 1-2 times a day.
 
i aim for 1690 calories per day, which i'll turn back up to 2000ish once i'm at my goal weight

the only set meal i have is dinner, otherwise i just scoop up food throughout the day at my hunger's pace
 
I used to only eat 2 meals a day, but I used to snack a LOT. Which made me put on weight a lot more. But I've started eating 3 meals a day (I used to skip breakfast) and now I don't really snack during the day. Even if I do I usually have like some strawberries/fruit or something that will give me a lot of energy (not caffeine though). I've improved my diet a lot haha.
 
I'm kind of weird. So literally all I do, all day everyday is either draw, play on the piano, or play video games. I play/ do it for hours straight too so that means I skip hours of time I could have been eating food. But then when I stop, I basically eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and then just wait till tomorrow for basically the same reapeating process.

Wow I just realized how unhealthy that is. ;-;
