How much are Beau and Julian worth nowadays?

Beau is in my sister's town, and Julian just randomly moved in as well. She doesn't care for either of them, nor does she care about ACNL anymore so she said I could sell them.
I was absent from the bell tree for almost the entire month of February and am now wondering if they are still popular villagers and how much they are worth. c:
