How many villagers have you had in total?

Not sure if this thread or something like it has already been posted but how many villagers have lived on your island during it's existence? Tomorrow Hamlet moves out and Ruby moves in, making my total 16 and I have yet to purchase a few more amiibo cards. I could see myself hitting over 30 as I like to rotate villagers to keep things fresh and I even plan to rotate around 15 or so dreamies (thankfully most my dreamies other than Marina are not worth much).

I've had 17 villagers in total! Other than my current/permanent residents on the island atm, Lyman, Renée, Lobo, Puddles, Tiffany, Greta, Merengue have all left my island.

I think it's you're gonna have a lot of fun cycling out villagers like that! The variety will be amazing.

So far, I've also had 17 villagers! I'm sure it's not as many as others on here, but I personally like to keep the same villagers rather than rotate them. I have a couple amiibos I haven't scanned in yet, but once I do it'll be 21 villagers total.

The only thing is that I let 5 villagers go without getting their photo... so I'm probably going to re-invite them onto my island if I run into them again.

I have 24 villagers going in and out of my island! I never scanned an amiibo but most of my villagers came from my cycling island (second copy) except for Audie, Marshal and Merengue.

All are amiibo card villagers, except for Calude, I found him on my third trip to the mystery islands when looking for a decent lazy villager and found him (a dreamie) instead...
So he's stuck with that ugly starter room..
