I'm keeping Tia, Papi, Mira, Genji, and Ankha. I'll probably cycle the rest continuously- having the same villagers the entire game would get a bit boring for me.

Welp..here goes...since I have 3 towns I can potentially keep 30 dream villagers (I most likely won't have max) But these are the dream villagers currently in my town that I won't ever let go!
