How many user-created villagers do you have in your town?

How many villagers do you have alongside the mayor? Do you use all of them or are they just storage?

I just created my second character for my town?s theme. Still working on it!

None, because I don't think it's in the spirit of the game to edit the game so heavily. Plus I'm too paranoid to mod my 3DS and risk having my 3DS softbanned or bricked.

I think what they're talking about is the in-game characters you can also add into your town. All you have to do is do "New Save File" at the main menu and it'll let you make a new character that you can play as in your town! I currently also have 1 for storage

Oh. Title is pretty vague, so I just figured they meant custom textured villagers you find in hacked towns. Answer is still none anyways. I hate when towns get overcrowded.

in my main town i have my mayor and one character who is loosely based on my boyfriend because i?m lame like that. he does match the town theme at least. my other towns have only my mayor so far. i?m not sure on adding more. it would be fun to have more homes to decorate but i also don?t like overcrowded towns. in past games it?s not as big of an issue but the small ACNL maps can feel very cramped at times.

I have three. My main player who is the mayor Alice and two others I made. I'm trying to make their houses a themed house. One is
Cute Sanrio theme her name is yuko while the other is a Nintendo theme his name is shigaru. Although it's mostly legend of Zelda at the moment. I love both those sets and things and your house can only have so much room. I thought it would be a fun extra thing to do adding to game play. I'm thinking of a third but I don't have many idea's besides a cafe/library.
