How many tickets you spent the most before finding your target villager on a mystery island?

i’ve only hardcore island hopped maybe once and it took around 30 or so tickets to find a dream villager ;;

I was extremely lucky on my first days of mystery islands:
4 tickets then I found Audie
2 tickets then I found Chief
30 tickets I found no one (I encountered Octavian twice and Zucker tho but didn't invite them over to my island)

I have only tried villager hunting once, and I honestly don't have the patience for it. I spent about 30 NMTs with the hopes of finding Ankha but the closest I could find as a second-choice was Bluebear. I probably just don't have the best luck when it comes to visiting these islands, but I guess I was lucky in at least getting a tarantula island on of my last few trips!

I found Olive on like the second day after starting my island so that is pretty early, but i cant recall how many tickets it took. She wasnt a dreamie back then and it was my first time seeing her in game, but she became one of my most beloved villagers so i feel like i was lucky!

... 600... and... then I quit and used the campsite method and got him in five tries! xD I did get two other accidental favorites though so that was nice!

I used 60 to 70 of them to get Raymond. I didn't get him.

Then I tried the campsite method for four-five days. Didn't get him (Though I think I was doing it wrong)

Then a friend of mine mentioned she had him and she was like "Oh, do you want him, I'll kick him out using an Amiibo for you if you want!" and, well, I was kinda mad but happy.

I think I saw some popular villagers?
I saw Drago, Ketchup (x3), Chief, and Zucker. I didn't see a single cat!

I dislike Ketchup (her colours hurt my eyes), which I know is an unpopular opinion, but yes three times! Twice in a row too. Wish I could have replaced one of those sightings with someone else lol!

70 tickets doesn't seem that much but I've never gone anywhere over 30 before because it can be so exhausting to make trips

I found dom on my 235th ticket I'm still searching for raymond though.
I had to pass up so many cute characters like Judy and Sherb, but Dom was worth it!

My second was 5 NMT on the day I went looking (30 if you count other days of random searching).

I'm looking for Kiki and Lolly. But I'll invite Ankha, Punchy, Raymond, or Rosie if I run into them. I don't have a cat yet and it makes me sad.

I haven't had many chances to go searching for villagers since I don't time travel or use amiibo.

I found Bluebear but I can't remember how many tickets I used. I know it was less than 20, probably even 10. I found Marina after 13 islands, and then Whitney after 30 islands.

So in total, I've probably spent between 50-70 NMTS. Not as many compared to others.
