How many rooms does your 'mansion' have?

I like how the fully expanded houses look on the outside so I try to go for every room possible, even if it's the smallest sized ones. My main issue is coming up for a new theme for every stinkin' room and have it be original. There are already so many cafes and stuff that it's hard to even come up with something new that's not over-done.

my mayor has all 6 rooms, the 711 store in my town has 1 room (wouldnt make sense if a 711 has 3 or more room) and my mule villager has only 1 mefkum room but i plan on expanding it to 6 rooms.

I only have one room but it's expanded to 8x8 and that's more than enough for me. One of the reasons I got frustrated with my previous town was that I had fully upgraded my house but could never make the rooms look good/pretty. x_x

My mayor has 5 rooms, I am going to get the basement soon and then expand everything to full size.
I made a new character today and that one obviously has 1 room lol
