Have you checked if your SSID has changed? I think it'll only do that if you've manually changed it before (maybe to get the special regional DLCs), but lots of people do that, so I thought this could be it.

That's the extent of what she can tell you, aside from the number of visitors, which she'll inform you of when you update your town's dream.
