The fact is, that the chances of that happening are much less than when guns are legal. No?

well your right it would be less likely but this is a free country and say the didnt have a gun it was a sword or knife and threaten to slit a loved ones throat than what watch them die or fire a gun

So basically, you're saying that if guns are made illegal then so should knives? No, guns are made purely for the purpose of killing. Knives, et cetera are made for different purposes, and therefore are not as good of a weapon as a gun. Either way, anything made solely for the purpose of murder should not be legal. No matter what.

Knives are made for cutting food. You use one every night at dinner.

Swords, on the other hand, should, like guns, be made illegal, as they serve the same/a similar purpose.

Knives are made for cutting food. You use one every night at dinner.

Swords, on the other hand, should, like guns, be made illegal, as they serve the same/a similar purpose.

wrong knifes were used for hunting and cutting the meat up but when it comes to knifes they have made switchblades and butterfly knifes which are not used for food its not used for sculpting either it is used for random killing due to how easy it is to kill.

and to swords they should not be illegal they are good for self defense and is mightier than a gun. sword was also used for hunting and combat in war and yes they are also used for random killing
