How many of the seasonal items do you buy?

I used to buy maybe 10 of each item. But now that I barely play, I buy maybe 5 if it's an item I plan to use in the future, and 1 to 2 if it's an item I don't care much for. I send them all to my alt character. For clothes, I'll keep one for myself and send the rest to the alt.

If I like the item and can think of a place for it, like the mooncakes, I'll order one
If I love the item and want to use it multiple times, I buy at least 10 (like the bamboo grass)
if I can't see myself using it then I just don't buy it lol

Typically I just buy one of each, sometimes multiples if I really like the item. I have a very extensive wardrobe that I don't want to cut back on, though, so I have to be mindful about storage space. Once I get some extra player characters' storage set up though, I might stop being as conservative with my seasonal item shopping.

I usually buy a few of each so I can have them on hand for decorating. The only items I regret buying so many of are the heart shaped flower bouquets because I went overboard and bought too many.

It generally depends what the item is but most of the time I just stick with 1 of each seasonal item as I usually don't have a use on my island for more then 1, or no use for some of the seasonal items at all really but I always like collecting them, so don't want any extras taking up too much storage space.

I only really buy multiples if it's a food item I really like or I think has a nice design so I can use them for decoration in homes or outdoor cafe areas or if it's an object that I think would look nice around the island and I know I'd make use of having more then 1, such as the Blossom Lantern.

I always buy 2 or 3 of each item. Most of the time they end up in my storage. Some of them are really good to decorate with. I really like the food items for decorating (I really wish they made more food!) My favourites are the New Years grapes and noodle bowls. However, there are seasonal items I skip entirely. I remembered ignoring the megaphones when they came out. Not really into American football so I didn't care about the items.

Tomorrow is the last day to buy the Moon-viewing Day items. I put off buying them for awhile so I ended up buying lots of dango expecting to be able to customise the dango into different colours...imagine my shock when I found out you couldn't customise it. A mixture of "really? you can't make them in different colours/flavours?" and complete apathy.

For small items I’ll usually buy like 5-6, but for bigger items it’ll be 2-3. It also depends on if I like the seasonal item and know I wanna use it later, then I’ll buy around 8 of them.

I definitely buy more than I need and then they stay in my inventory forever lol. I think this time around I bought around 4 of the mooncakes? I adore the food items though so I really don't mind them taking extra slots up in my storage.

I'm in the same boat as you. I just restarted my island too, so my storage is short - so most of it is limited time items that I'm not totally sure I'll need but BOY DO I WANT THEM.

I usually just buy one if it’s an item I think I might use. I don’t usually repeat items, so I don’t need multiples of them.
I also don’t mind time traveling, so if I see an item I missed, I’ll just time travel back for it.

Typically, I get one. Sometimes I'll get two, because I have a few seasonal displays around my island where I can use them and still have something in my house.

It depends on what it is. If it's food, I definitely get more than one because they can serve as good decoration. I wouldn't say there's a set amount to any of the other stuff, it just depends on how much I like something and how much use I can see myself getting out of an item.
