Anywho, three of my friends and I tried this. We each did it twice, and for all eight Tootsie Pops, we got between 4,500 and 5,000. So I'd say somewhere in there would be the best bet.

I don't know how the hell you people are getting in the 200/300s, but go try licking a Tootsie Pop 300 times, you won't be to the center yet.
