how many hours did you spend to plot reset for a villager to move into a desired spot

I just wanted to say that I feel so bad for you guys, because I've never had to plot reset for even one hour. xD When Moved Diana into where Fauna used to live it only took one reset. That was the luckiest I'd ever been.

I try not to be tooo specific about where I want them since my town isn't that developed as of right now. I want to decorate my town around their home so just a few resets until I find that their house in in a decent spot ^^

I usually take like half an hour to an hour when plot resetting. The longest I took was Francine, which took an hour to get her somewhere nearby Chadder's house.

i spent six hours yesterday plot resetting bones, and that's not even close to the longest amount of time I've spent doing it. I'm not even picky about where they plot, as long as it's not too close to another villagers house, my house, or another building. but I swear he kept plotting in the worst possible spot every single time when there was a TON of open space in multiple other places. now I'm just filling up the whole town with random PWPs so i don't have to go through the same thing with my next two plot resets.​

Also if it's too late to place multiple pwps (like the issue I'm having now - dang it marshal) you can TT backwards and create another file. put the house where you don't want that villager to plot then delete it after you get that villager in a desired spot.

also recently came across this but it seems like a ton of bs so far. but maybe someone will have better luck with it than I did.
